ReWines are available in 4.5 litre refill packs. These packs are designed for refilling your empty bottles at home. Refill packs are available in cartons of any 2 wines. Labels can be ordered when you make your purchase.

Ensure your bottles are clean by following the instructions on ‘How to wash your bottles’.

Insert the funnel and tubing into the bottle and gently pour the wine from the 4.5 lt refill pack into the funnel. Ensure you get a smooth flow of wine by manipulating the refiller to minimize any glugging effect. The glugging effect is caused by the movement of air into the refiller which prevents the wine flow from being smooth.

Fill each bottle to within 2 – 3 cms from the top. The 6th bottle may appear to be low filled. This is because a large percentage of 750 ml glass bottles actually hold more that 750 ml.

It is important that you fill from the bottom of the bottle. This prevents aeration of the wine. That is why the funnel has an extension tube.

If using a siphoning tube ensure that the tube is inserted to the bottom of the bottle during filling. This prevents aeration of the wine.
